Revival

Hello, hello, hello!! 

Off we now go to the start of 2021, as many are very eager to say goodbye to 2020.  There were just too much from 2020 and everyone is ready for a new start!  As am I, very much!!

As I have now regained my mobility from my prior injury of a broken ankle.  A very common break but with a very complicated and long recovery with many encounters, I am finally up and ready to go.  And now being in Asia, a new start it is -- indeed!   There are so many lessons that this common injury has taught me -- aside from being grateful, the one thing that is most importance is: patience!!  Wow.. without mobility it is definitely another journey that is filled with doubts and loneliness often times.  I am sure that some of you may well know.  

Without further a do from my rambles, I have started again on this blog.  My journey to educate people of wellness through natural resources and consumption of natural food is what this blog was set out to do.  The human body is very intricate and unique.  However, with the fast changes of the globally environment many are getting sick and falling apart.  Especially during this pandemic.  Our lives has changed -- as many more on a lockdown and unable to resume life as it used to be.  Now, with this change, I will add some simple exercise to the wellness page.  And along that some simple acupressure points that may be of help for minor simple things at home.  

Today, I have launched a repost of Almonds to restart.  Eating healthy is now more vital than ever before to better adjust to our new changing world of with Covid-19.  Staying healthy and keeping our immune systems in top shape will be key going forward.  In addition to staying healthy and keeping our immune system in top shape, we also need to eat well.  Lastly, one MUST important factor that can make all these efforts absolute or obsolete -- sleep.  With the invisible stress of the pandemic, we need to do our best to get enough sleep.  Our bodies need sleep to rebuild and replenish the nutrients we give it.  Muscles also need rest to recuperate and rebuild from exercises we do.

Once again, please keep in mind to not try or have some of the foods recommended from my post if you should have allergies or injuries or any other conditions that may lead you to a worse condition from trying or having items posted on this website.  If you have any concerns, please reach out to your physicians to confirm before trying anything that you have not had before.
