Our hydration is a major part of our day, it’s essential for the functioning, bodily strength and overall health of our body.  Fluids we put into our body is just as important as food, where we get nutrients, calories and sugar.  Wholesome and natural beverages casts good effect on the messages our body receives and overall emotional state of mind.  The best way to start one’s day is by having a tall glass of water to start the day.  

Many don’t think about what they choose for hydration.  Nutritionist have noted that sugary sodas and packaged juices as they are likely to trigger inflammation while also preventing the body from effectively absorbing calcium.  Eight glasses of water throughout the day helps us to stay hydrate and flushes out toxins.  

Below are some fluids that benefits for arthritis patients that will help manage the symptoms, even combat progression of the disease.  

Tea 
Brewed caffeine that has been studied for years for arthritis patients: black tea, green tea, and white tea are brimmed with protective polyphenols that are naturally plant-based compounds holding incredible powerful anti-inflammatory.  

Coffee  
Coffee is another caffeinated drink that is filled with protective polyphenols, making it capable of fighting off the attacks of harmful free radicals in the body.  Studies have also shown that it prevents symptoms of gout.  Recommended dosage is no more than two cups a day.  More importantly, avoid the fancy coffee with whip creams and sugar syrup.
