Things that Your Blood Type Reveals

We have control over some things in terms of our health.  But there are some genetic components that we cannot get a handle on things at all.  One of the things we have no control is our blood type that is determined by the microscopic substances in which we inherit in our genes.  

Microscopic substances contacts our immune system and this will lead to risks for developing certain diseases.  Our blood type tells a lot of the types of ailments we may have risks for.  

Stomach Cancer 
Is most susceptible to those who are blood type AB.  They have a 26% greater risk of developing stomach cancer.  A type have 20% greater risk than B and O.  

Medical studies revel about 2/3 of the world’s entire population is likely to have a highly sensitive gut infection from H. Pylori, but both AB and A have a higher sensitivity to immune system reaction to this bacteria that puts them at a greater risk for developing cancer.

Heart Disease 
AB and B types a higher risk for developing heart ailments.  They have  a higher risk of inflammation, which will in time develop into full blown heart disease.  Meanwhile, O type have a decreased 23% of developing heart disease.    

Memory-Relatied Ailments  
AB type are at a disadvantage of suffering from cognitive impairment.  They tend to have a problem with dealing and learning problems and memorizing.  They are also susceptible to blood clots along with  having protein in their bloodstream.  

Pancreatic Cancer 
37% of blood type O are less likely to suffer from pancreatic cancer as to others.  Othere blood types tend to get it as a results the attack of there H pylori. 

Ulcers  
Many diseases derive from a weakening of the H Pylori.  These conditions include cancer, ulcers and other things.  O is more susceptible to ulcers as a result of compromised H Pylori.  Field specialists believe that O type are capable of modifying the immunological response of the body towards H pylori.  

The one thing is that no one is certain how big the blood type is in correlation to getting these health issues.  What does stand throughout time is to keep a healthy diet, keep a regular workout/ exercise schedule, and minimize all stress and anxiety factors.

Food for Brain Health

Our diets are vital to our daily functions with our ability to think, act, memorize, perceive, and remember.  Brain requires essential nutrients to revive its energies with the process of aging and reducing the risk of cognitive decline.   A strong recommendation for a healthy diet is berries, cruciferous vegetables, leafy greens, olive oil, and red wine.  In a study of over 40 years showed that diet increases the risk factors of chronic ailments and protects the brain with the process of aging.  

Berries 
Strawberries and blueberries have proven to slow rate of cognitive damage.  One can add them to your bowl of oatmeal for a fruity topping or use them in desserts, salads, and smoothies. 

Cruciferous Veggies 
Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower are cruciferous  vegetables that are the densest assortment of nutrients.  Those who consume three times every week of cruciferous vegetables brim their body with brain-protective nutrients and experience a sharp reduction in cognitive decline.  

Leafy Greens Veggies 
Arugula, brocoli greens, kale, collards, beets, spinach and turnip greens brim with rich assortment of vitamins and essential minerals.  Consumption of leafy greens on a daily basis will extreme slow rate of cognitive decline.  Recommendation by medical experts say at least 7~10 servings of leafy green veggies every week. 

Olive Oil 
Research demonstrated that those who use olive oil used for cooking experiences immense healthy brain-protective effects.  DO note that it has a high calorie count, so use it in moderation.  

Red Wine 
Alcohol has always been a controversial subject: is it good or is it not. However, it is believed that a moderate portion of red wine would work magic on protection of the human brain.  This would be limited to no more than two glasses per week.   Please heed to doctors advise on this matter.
